This project encompasses 3 floors with approximately 107,000 SF and houses various Health Care educational programs including Orthodontics, Kinesiology, Mental Health, and Graduate Nursing.
The three-story facility includes a brick and glass facade with aluminum and stainless-steel accents that complement the school’s architectural character on campus while evoking a nod to the future. Key elements of the facility include a 43-chair orthodontic clinic, Wet and Dry Laboratories, flex “Social” laboratory space, a two-story kinesiology teaching laboratory, a 100 seat lecture hall, and multiple large seating classrooms (50+). The building also includes collaborative peer work areas, student lounges and associated administrative and faculty offices.
