Individuals must work well in a collaborative environment, with proactive verbal and written communication skills, and possess strong technical knowledge. Jacksonville, FL (Not Remote) Ideal candidate should be passionate about design, self-motivated, experienced in REVIT and eager to be part of a team designing projects from initial conception, through documentation and into construction and occupancy. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Design and Production of Documents. A College Degree in Architecture is required along with a desire to become registered. Individuals must possess the ability to interact with clients, consultants and collaborate with in-house staff.

Job Description: Gather project information and requirements; provide site analysis to assess development potential; generate design options, create innovative design concepts, and produce architectural plans; ensure compliance with building codes; develop construction documents and address modifications; interface with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits; collaborate with engineering consultants and contractors; provide effective client communication; pursues continuing education to stay updated on industry trends and best practices; use Revit, Rhino, Adobe PS/Illustrator/InDesign.

The position entails design and client interaction, presentation graphics and construction documentation. Current projects include Higher Ed, Commercial, Multi-Family Residential and Healthcare. REVIT proficiency is required and a minimum 2 years of experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position is essential to supporting both the firm’s marketing initiatives and daily internal operations.

The Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant is responsible for producing high-quality proposals, developing content for digital and print platforms, and facilitating initiatives that elevate brand visibility and team engagement. The role also includes administrative support to firm leadership, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications
• Lead the preparation and production of proposals and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign
• Strategize, curate, and manage content for PQH’s social media platforms to strengthen brand visibility
• Assist in planning and executing team-building events and firm-wide initiatives
• Monitor procurement and bidding platforms for relevant RFQs and RFPs
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants to gather necessary proposal content
• Support the implementation of refreshed brand visuals and messaging

Project Coordination
• Track project schedules and coordinate internal and external meetings
• Provide logistical and scheduling support for business development efforts

Administrative Support
• Assist Principals with written proposals, organizing meetings, and managing day-to-day tasks
• Manage the company Outlook calendar to ensure visibility of key meetings, deadlines, and deliverables

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications (experience in the design industry is a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
