PQH donated design services for the site evaluation and masterplan for the sports field layout and pavilion for the City of Jacksonville in Mandarin, Florida. The park area includes baseball and softball fields, tennis and basketball courts, a pool with clubhouse, as well as a central pavilion with bathrooms, offices, storage space, and a food vending area. The Park benefits the Mandarin Youth Program as well as the surrounding community.
