This project is the first Residence Hall built for Daytona State College. PQH Group designed a hall that promotes community and collaboration by providing shared spaces for recreation and studying. The building consists of 63 two-bedroom, double occupancy, semi-suite units, 4 two-bed studios, and two staff apartments. There is a total of 67 units with shared bathrooms and kitchenette, along with common study areas on each level.
The project amenities include a student lounge with hospitality area, fitness room, large common areas for studying, along with smaller study rooms.
