This multi-stage project included three phases of residence halls as well as a dining facility for ERAU. Phase 1 is a 5-story residence hall with 659 beds and a total of 144,411 square feet. Phase 2 consisted of a 620-bed residence hall with 5 floors, an additional 700-seat dining facility and total of 165,000 square feet. Lastly, Phase 3 is a 7-story residence hall with 452 beds and a total of 227,000 square feet.
