The Commons and Parking Garage were completed as part of a project to design a new Residence Hall for Flagler College. The 5-level parking garage structure contains 560 spaces, and the 13,000 square foot Commons area serves as a bridge between the garage, new Residence Hall, and the existing FEC historic building that was previously converted to a Residence Hall.
