This project consisted of a 150 Bed Residence Hall with 3 floors totaling 55,000 square feet. It also has an adjoining 5 level, 560 space Parking Garage structure and a 13,000 square foot Commons Area. The commons area works as a bridge between the new Resident Hall, the garage, and the existing FEC historic building that had previously been converted to serve as a residence hall. Project amenities include a fitness center, hospitality area, gathering space, and general store.
