The Flats at Kernan is a student housing community adjacent to the University of North Florida campus. It was designed with eco-friendly goals in mind. The complex features 192 apartment-style units and provides a greatly needed off-campus housing alternative to students and faculty at UNF. On-site amenities include a community center with a game room, computer lab, two resort style pools, fitness center, and basketball court.
