This project is the first Residence Halls built on campus and completed in two phases. This 146-unit two building complex Includes 122 semi-suites, 9 suites, and 15 resident/faculty apartments. The project provides spacious apartments and a state-of-the-art community center with a complete fitness area, resort style pool, game rooms, and basketball court. One of the biggest challenges of the initial phase 1 project was the compressed delivery time of the project. The full project design and construction was completed in a period of 11 months in a fast-track schedule.
