This traditional dormitory style, 4-story building at Jacksonville University is laid out in a three-wing design and is the first phase in a multi-phase housing initiative for the campus.  The building features 144 Jack & Jill two-bed units. This project was completed in an accelerated 10-month construction time frame to ensure completion before the start of the fall semester. Amenities include student lounges, study rooms, communal kitchen facilities, conference rooms, and laundry facilities.
