As Associate Principal, Oswaldo brings nearly two decades of experience and more than 12 years at PQH Group Design to projects in higher education, senior living, and multifamily housing. He leads projects through all phases of design, from conceptual programming to construction administration, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and consultants.

Known for his strong client relationships, Oswaldo develops and presents design concepts, directs technical documentation, and manages budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure cohesive, well-delivered results. He also oversees construction administration to maintain design integrity and resolve challenges in the field.

A LEED AP BD+C, Oswaldo holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the UNI School of Architecture in Managua, Nicaragua.
