Jacksonville’s growing need for affordable housing, accessible healthcare, job training, and economic opportunity informed the vision for Sulzbacher Enterprise Village. The master plan brings together residential, healthcare, educational, and employment-focused facilities within a connected campus designed to support long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

Buildings and programs are organized to create meaningful connections between services, allowing residents and visitors to access housing, care, education, and career opportunities within a unified environment. The phased development strategy supports future growth while maintaining a cohesive campus identity.

Housing and Residential Support

Housing serves as the foundation of the Enterprise Village model.

The campus includes:

• 100-unit affordable housing community
• Short-term residential accommodations and long term
• Residential health services supporting assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation programs

Together, these facilities provide a continuum of residential support designed to promote stability, independence, and long-term success.

Healthcare and Wellness

Healthcare services are integrated directly into the campus through a dedicated clinical facility providing:

• Medical services

•  Pharmacy services
• Social Services

By locating healthcare resources alongside housing and supportive services, the campus improves access to care while supporting both immediate and long-term wellness outcomes.

Workforce Development and Economic Opportunity
