Architectural Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE

PQH Group Design is seeking a motivated Architectural Associate with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our design team. Reporting directly to the Principal Architects, this role is ideal for a developing designer looking to strengthen technical skills, expand project involvement, and contribute to meaningful work with opportunities for professional growth within the firm.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist in developing design concepts and architectural drawings, working closely under the guidance of senior architects.
• Support coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Prepare and refine drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Contribute to project documentation, code compliance, and technical accuracy.
• Participate in all project phases, from schematic design through construction documentation and support coordination during construction.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience in an architecture firm.
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and coordinate project details.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Photoshop and visualization tools is a plus.
