Construction Begins on Phase 2A of Sulzbacher Enterprise Village
Construction is officially underway on Phase 2A of Sulzbacher Enterprise Village following a groundbreaking ceremony held on July 10 in Jacksonville. Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan joined Sulzbacher leadership, project partners, community stakeholders, and the project team to celebrate this important milestone in the development of the campus.
As the project architect for Sulzbacher Enterprise Village, PQH Group Design was recognized during the ceremony for the firm’s continued partnership and long-term involvement in the development. Cindy Funkhouser, President and CEO of Sulzbacher, and Barney Smith, Chair of the Sulzbacher Board of Trustees, acknowledged PQH’s contributions not only to Phase 2A but also to the planning and design vision that continues to guide the growth of Sulzbacher Enterprise Village.

Phase 2A represents another important step in realizing the vision for Sulzbacher Enterprise Village. With construction now underway, the campus continues to evolve into a connected community that integrates housing, healthcare, workforce development, and supportive services to better serve residents and the surrounding Jacksonville community.
PQH Group Design is proud to continue partnering with Sulzbacher in bringing this vision to life and supporting the organization’s mission through thoughtful, community-focused design.
