DESCRIPTION

This project consists of renovations to the back of the house support facilities at the existing building. The renovations comprise approximately 6,000 SF. The existing facility houses administrative offices, locker rooms, bathrooms and a physical therapy suite. A main entry breezeway separates the spaces dedicated to the home team from those assigned for public restrooms and for use by visiting teams. The scope of work also includes adding approximately 2,740 SF for a new, larger Training/Physical Therapy suite and a multi-purpose room with hospitality area and storage space. Approximately 2,500 SF of the existing building will be renovated to modernize the existing player’s locker rooms and bathrooms.
