Project Overview
Located in Jacksonville, Florida, The Harbour is a 43.8 acre mixed-use development designed by PQH Group Design that unites housing, hospitality, retail, and boating amenities. The project sets a new benchmark for coastal development in Florida, strengthening Jacksonville’s identity while expanding opportunities for living, recreation, and tourism.
Design Approach
The master plan follows a central waterfront spine that links residences, hotel, and marina into a cohesive whole. Buildings are oriented to capture water views, while walkways and public spaces connect land and shoreline. The design blends urban energy with coastal leisure, integrating parking, retail, and recreation into a walkable environment.
Residential Living
The residential component provides 560 modern apartments supported by:
- Direct-level parking
- Two resort-style swimming pools
- Clubhouse and fitness center
- Outdoor fitness and wellness areas, walking trails, and a dog park
These features support comfort, wellness, and social connection within Jacksonville’s growing housing market.
Hospitality, Retail, and Dining
A seven-story hotel anchors the site with:
- 96 guest rooms
- Rooftop dining
- Infinity pool overlooking the marina
At ground level, 16,000 square feet of retail and dining activate the waterfront, complemented by an additional 16,000 square feet of hotel amenities and office space on the second level. Together, these components create an interactive hub that attracts residents, visitors, and locals year-round.
Marina and Waterfront Recreation
The full-service marina builds on Jacksonville’s boating culture with:
- 136 wet slips for vessels up to 90 feet
- 411 dry boat storage spaces
- State-of-the-art launch system
A three-level garage with a boat showroom, retail space, and clubhouse completes the experience, promoting easy access to the water.
